WHAT AMENITIES DO YOU PROVIDE?

Hi Guest, thank you so much for your interest in our lodge. We have the below amenities:

  • Shared hairdryer
  • Shared BBQ stove (extra rental fees)
  • Shared Shampoo & Shower Gel
  • Complimentary Parking

For hygiene purposes, we suggest our guest to prepare their own bath towel, toothbrush, personal toiletries or purchase our Toiletries Pack at additional cost during your check-in.

WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME AT PD LONDON BUS RETRO VILLAGE?

Hi Guest,
Check-in time is: 2pm (not guaranteed in the event of high occupancy), until 8pm.
Check-out time is: 12pm

  • Should you need earlier accommodation/late check-out we are happy to assist; however, it is subject to the availability of rooms and/or an additional charge.
  • A refundable deposit of min RM 50.00-RM 100.00 (depends on room types) in CASH will be required upon check-in.
  • Possible further claims for compensation for damages by the lodge are reserved. Please return your room access key/card at the reception upon check-out.
  • Reception is opened from 9am-9pm (Fri-Sat), and 9am-5pm (Sun-Thurs).

IS BREAKFAST INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE?

Hi Guest, No, sorry, we do not provide breakfast. However, there are a few restaurants around us that within walking distance. Please do not hesitate to ask our Lodge’s manager during your stays, he/she will be happy to advise you on this.

No, smoking is not allowed indoor.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR WIFI INTERNET ACCESS?

We offer complimentary shared Wi-Fi Internet access. However, we are so sorry to let you know that some of the areas in our premises might not have strong signal. We will improve this soon once we have UNIFI fibre optic in this area.

CAN I REQUEST EXTRA BED? WILL IT CHARGE?

Yes, you may request extra bed from us based on availability and the room type that you are staying. and we will charge RM50 per unit per night.

Our lodge is located at a very prime location in Port Dickson.

  1. We have 2 units of Original Vintage Double Decker from London on our premises.
  2. The beautiful beach is just in front of our lodge.
  3. 24 Hours MCD is just 3.3km (6mins) away
  4. Convenience Shop is within 1km away
  5. Plenty of local eateries (Ikan Bakar, Kemang Fried Chicken, etc.) and dessert (Coconut Chendol) within 1km away, within walking distance
  6. Marybrown is within 1km away, in walking distance.

PROCESS TO MAKE BOOKING VIA WHATSAPP/FB MESSENGER?

Hi Guest, the process of booking is easy as follows:

  1. Please Whatsapp us @ +60173372832 or Message us on Facebook Messenger to let us know your desired check-in and check-out date.
  2. We will check the availability of your dates and revert to you promptly. Then, providing you with our Bank Details / QR Code (you may pay via E-Wallets/Internet Banking) for the Booking Fees.
  3. You may proceed to bank in / QR pay (via E-Wallets/Internet Banking) the Booking Fees (100%) to our account.
  4. Please provide us with a Bank Advise/Screenshot of the payment made.
  5. The Room will be reserved for you after payment is received.

ROOM RESERVATION VIA BOOKING PLATFORM?

CAN I CHECK-IN WITHOUT MY RESERVATION NUMBER?

Yes, in case you forgot your reservation number, you can check-in anyway by stating for which name & ID number the booking has been made.

BY WHEN DO I HAVE TO CANCEL MY BOOKING, IF I HAVE TO?

Hi Guest, this depends on which rate or arrangement you have booked from online. You can see the cancellation policy in the rate description and on your reservation confirmation. However, WhatsApp & FB reservation is usually on non-refundable room rate basis.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY BOOKING WAS CANCELLED?

Hi Guest, after you cancel an online booking with us, you should receive an email confirming the cancellation (except for WhatsApp/FB Messenger/Walk-In Booking). Do check your inbox and spam/junk mail folders.

HOW DO I CHANGE/CANCEL MY BOOKING IF I BOOKED THROUGH AGODA

Hi Guest, as since this is booked through Agoda, the payment is also PAID to AGODA directly, you will need to change/edit the booking with Agoda Support Team. Please find below the Guideline from AGODA.

WHERE CAN I SEE THE BOOKING CONDITIONS?

Hi Guest, the online booking conditions will be shown in the booking process under “details”(except for WhatsApp/FB Messenger/Walk-In Booking). You will also find them on your booking confirmation. However, WhatsApp & FB reservation is usually on non-refundable room rate basis.

ARE THE RATES PERSON OR PER ROOM?

Hi Guest, all prices, unless stated otherwise, are on a per-room basis. With number of pax occupancy stated per room.

WHICH CREDIT CARDS/ CASHLESS PAYMENT PLATFORM ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept credit cards from MasterCard, Visa, Grabpay & Touch & Go.

IS MY CREDIT CARD BEING CHARGED AT TIME OF BOOKING?

If you book a rate with a deposit policy, such as the Early Bird rate, we will charge your credit card at time of booking.

If you provide your credit card only as a guarantee, we will not charge it until 2 days before the day of arrival.

If you didn’t cancel the reservation, your reservation will automatically charge.

THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES TO ITSELF THE RIGHT TO ADD TO, OR ALTER OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND RULES WHICH ARE A PART AND AN ABSTRACT OF THE LODGING ACT.
